What is Ary Stead's return policy?
We accept all returns within 14 days of receipt.
We guarantee a free returns service, whatever your dissatisfaction.
To return your order, please write to us to arrange collection, or drop off your parcel at your nearest post office with your returns slip.
Items purchased online will be refunded or exchanged, but must be returned to us in the same condition in which they were received, together with the original purchase invoice (from the website) and return slip.
Refunds will be made by bank transfer. We undertake to process them within 7 working days of the date of your return.
